Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is rising to the occasion in a critical matchup against the Miami Dolphins.
Jackson punctuated a seven-play, 75-yard drive with a 20-yard TD pass to running back Justice Hill, tying the game at seven with 6:39 remaining in the first quarter. Thus far, the former first-team All-Pro has completed 4-of-5 passes for 77 yards.

If Baltimore (12-3) beats Miami (11-4), it will lock up the No. 1 seed in the AFC. However, that's going to be a challenge. Entering Week 17, the Dolphins are first in the league in points scored (30.9). The Ravens will need more explosive plays from their star QB to keep up.
A win could also help Jackson — who's eighth in the league in QBR (62.9) — secure league MVP for the second time in his career. As of Sunday, FanDuel gives him the best odds (-200) to win the award.
