Free agent point guard Goran Dragic signed with nobody this past offseason and he intends to keep it that way.
After 15 seasons and 946 regular-season games, Dragic has announced his retirement, as relayed by multiple news outlets.
Dragic, 37, holds career averages of 13.3 points and 4.7 assists per game. He finished as a 46 percent shooter, including 36 percent on 3-pointers.
He began his career with the Phoenix Suns in the 2008-09 season, serving two stints with the franchise. He also played for the Houston Rockets, Miami Heat, Brooklyn Nets, Toronto Raptors, Chicago Bulls and Milwaukee Bucks.
Back in 2017, Dragic helped lead Slovenia to the EuroBasket title, scoring 35 points in the win over Serbia in the final game.
He intends to play a farewell game in Slovenia later this season before officially retiring.
